New zirc or something you've used for ages?
New puck or one you've gotten stuff out of before that looked correct?
Right program?
When was the furnace last calibrated?
Running only the furnace on a dedicated breaker?

That'll get you a good starting point to get help.

Most likely the temp didn't get or hold high enough. Why is what needs solving.

Did you clean the unsintered crowns completely before sintering? We've had a problem where we would get that if we weren't particular about dusting and air blasting the crowns to remove loose zirconia dust from the units

if its white i think that's undersintered. oversintered would have come out greying.

things that can affect it: residue or moisture in the unit, this causes a sort of barrier for the heat. usually zirc breaks when theres some of this present. that said, zirc can sinter as low as 800 deg c so double check temperatures. if it never made it to the top temp, then it would still harden but the shade would be wrong.
