Hi there,

I am trying to make a single tooth stayplate for insertion at time of extraction and graft. I will design in Exocad, and will print with the Asiga Max. My thought is that I can print the whole thing in tooth color because I do not need facial gingival flange. Which resin material would you recommend for this?
Thanks so much for your help.

I would use a denture tooth and salt and pepper in some pink. Total cost and time... 25c and 10 mins.... and it won't look like ass you made on a $20,000 machine... K.I.S.S.

Mill your flipper design from multi layered PMMA. It will outlast the brittle printed material.
If you don't want that flipper beating up that socket graft, design a Maryland style bridge and bond it to the adjacent teeth. Mill two of those. One for now and one for use after the implant is placed and you are waiting for it to cook.
