I thought it was straumann RC, but doctore said the impression coping isnt fitting. #6 with the terrible implant crown I did not do. Implant was placed ten years ago.

Very interesting that you say that. The dr called me a said the crown and abutment had rotated in the mouth.
I never thought that someone would do that but that would explain what happened.

I hope the tri lobe is not worn.
