Trying to help a Doc out with this..The implant was placed in Israel 10 years ago.. My best guess is BioHorizons, but?? Any help would be appreciated..

It looks like a internal hex 3.5, but you need to take out hte broken screw
You can use Zimmer MIS Biohorizons etc

Good luck fishing that screw out slowly, should not be a problem but DDS should be experienced
