Hi Sevan, so when you sinter these cases are you just putting them in the oven as they are or do you lay them flat with sinter beads....

Also what thickness are you bars, i am having problems with fits and i think it may be down with the bars and the sintering i am doing...

Hey Andy, I usually stand them up on the sintering brace verticallystraight to the tray no beads under the brace. Just this one broke while coloring cause my coloring pen leak blue and my other hand twitched and it broke. So I sintered it anyways to see what would happen and got lucky.

Lingual sprues when I do large implant bridges are 3mm in wieland cam, facial sprues are 2mm.
