First time post and I’m obviously killing it!! This was a partial framework that I fabricated with the Bego Wironium extra hard alloy. I used GC gradia to opaque the framework and mask the metal. The teeth are Kulzer Mondial 6 and Mondial 8.
That's a tight one. What's the lingual look like?

It’s fairly tight in the anterior. It was delivered over six months ago and I was told that the pt was ecstatic. View attachment 32123
'Bout the last year and a half we've started old schooling with cast cingulums.
You work is terrific. If I did anything different, it would be alloy backing the anterior.
I hate even the notion of being married to something...
That said.. its still a nice result. I'm surprised you haven't put anything out before. You've got great skills.

PS that framework is really sweet. That level of fit/finish is hard to come by anymore. Big thumbs up

I would have preferred to have metal cingulums on the anterior. Due to the location of the attachments I wasn’t sure how to index the set up to fit on the refractory model. Posts were the best I could manage. The pictures of the bite with out the frame are in the previous page. Thank you for your kind words. I appreciate your feedback.

Did they reduce the 26-27? That first shot looked like they were occlusion on those attachments. Maybe just camera angle?
'Cause my first thought was oh hell no.

That was after the reduction. There was enough room to use the attachment onn6 and 8 wasn’t utilized.

Being I finished this case today. Thought I would post the final prosthesis to compare the case to the wax up. Most all cases here are characterized with tissue tint
during the processing stage. It is important to have the case waxed to proper thickness, anatomy, etc. to avoid grinding away the tint. If done correctly, only
the peripheral borders is where minimal flash is removed using the Ivocap injection.

This case is from several years ago. I seldom get to do a “soup to nuts” kind of fixed and removable case. I wish I took better pics back then but, I’m proud of this nonetheless. I don’t have a finished picture to go with this. I wasn’t smart enough. Lol.

Intentional open midline?
I really like the color, look and shape of the teeth.
Yes, intentional. But i close it with clear resin after all to keep clean.

Having sold my lab over a year ago. Haven't been on the site much. Still working, living the dream...
Note: The telescoping case was completed with the assistance of Arian Deutsch fabricating the ZR abutments,
gold copings, and substrucutre frame. This is one of three that have been completed in our lab, work very well.
