Wax up of the week

Having sold my lab over a year ago. Haven't been on the site much. Still working, living the dream...
Note: The telescoping case was completed with the assistance of Arian Deutsch fabricating the ZR abutments,
gold copings, and substrucutre frame. This is one of three that have been completed in our lab, work very well.

Yes. I’m hoping to go to the try in appointment. I’ll follow up with better pics of finished Prosthetic.

Here are a couple pictures of the tryin for this case. Both doctor and patient were happy with the fit and esthetics. The teeth used were Vitapan Excel and lingualform posterior.

Shade match is pretty damn good. I had to go back and look for the transition because that cuspid just seamlessly blends. 6/7 I mean.

Thanks! The prosthodontist provided the shade. I just tried to match the existing teeth. This had been what the pt was wearing. It was an inherited case.

I really applaud the a/p strap choice. The wear at 10/11 was in part from rotation. That horseshoe wasn't braking that at all.

Thank you. I hate finishing “toilet seat” partials but this really needed this design for stability. It also lends itself to adding additional teeth in the future.
