Get a better glaze. Insync, miyo, GC lustre paste. Never had any luck with akzent stains, theyre old news.

AKZENT + stains are just stains and they require
a glaze such as AKZENT glaze to be fired over them.

What does the IFU manual say?

You mention Ceramic, what type? Porcelain to metal, emax, zirconia?

Yes, the stains do not contain glaze like newer materials, you have to mix them with glaze.

If you are using a large amount of stain:
1. Mix thoroughly (you don't have to wait 12 hours)
2. Do a "Stains Fixation" firing https://www.vitanorthamerica.com/en-US/VITA-AKZENT-Plus-67.html
3. Use akzent glaze with additional staining and do a "Akzent Glaze" firing (see manual from #2)

If it is not coming out well after that, raise your high temp in 10 degree increments. If you are using Zr, make sure you have a lower heat rate (about 70/min) and longer cooling time (6 min single, 10 min bridge) and set your cool temp at 800 or lower.
