You are missing the Purple margin "raw Curve" for Two of your implants,.

Very rarely does the SUM3d has issues with auto-location of margin.

You need to draw margin manually with the Pencil on margin Icon.

I think it has to do with the fact your elements have hole at bottom?

Also...

Your "//Prepline 180 1mm<TYPESEL1,2>" has no milling path at all.

Double check your parameters.

I am unfamiliar with that operation, and I will look into it further...probably a delimitation issue.

I have not spent much time looking at CAM file yet, but I'm sure there is more...

Many operations have no tool path at all.

Look at simulations before sending to the mill!

Most certianly more problems are there.

Your Drill finishing has wrong raw curve in delimitation I think.

You have it set on the lower, deeper raw curve...and not at the top real margin.

Re-import the element....draw on margin raw curve, and try again?

I think you either need to add another operation to finish internal starting at real margin, or change your drill finishing delimitation to start at real margin, and not on another raw curve that is deeper.

You guys can find this CAM file at 019040e.netsolhost.com
username is "dentallabnetwork"
password is "sum3d-dental"

For FTP Protocol, you may need to change from regular ftp to SFTP (SSH File x-fer) in ftp software.

I still think your internal finishing will not begin where you want it to.

Look at simulation.

"Very rarely does the SUM3d has issues with auto-location of margin."

I have had to manually select holes for delimination and manually draw margins for more than half of the custom abutments I nest with Sum3D.
Wish I knew what I was doing wrong in the designer if anything at all since you say Sum3D rarely has margin finding issues...

Can you recommend me strategie for finishing titanium abutments, i mean last 1 mm tool internal finishing
speed, feed rate, mill method.

I get some acceptable results but i think wrong way
i use "drill finishing" z-profile with 33600 rpm and 250 xy feed rate,
after it i try your recomendations with spiral and 3-d pocketing
but i must run it many times for good results... why? what i must change?

is the bigger feed rate and slower speed better finish than fast and small feed rate?

Maybe change milling method?

I am in CA, but if you upload file to FTP, I will look.

I can do teamviewer at 6:00 PST (Cali time zone?)

Maybe after 6:30 because no coffee before then...(Lazy West Coast)
