Turbine trouble shooting

I have a turbine that looses torque at the slightest pressure. The head is only three month old and I don't believe that is the issue. Any help on how to fix it? The turbine is a NDI Grant Hurricane.

The first thing I would suggest would be to check the bearings; you could have cracked cages in one or both of them and that would cause the loss of torque you're seeing. Too much or too little oil could also be precipitating this.
