Try in material

Hi friends, please suggest a material for try in chair side or in the lab for veneers or Emax crowns. I went to one of the the doctors today and they wanted to use Vaseline. I didn’t let them, I know there is a material, I just don’t remember it.

Ivoclar has a try in paste. I know Glycerine is used, too.

This is probably more expensive than their try in paste? It is a bit firm, and probably would hold the veneers or crowns in place fairly well.
