Guys do you have any suggestions on how to store and organize new and partially used Titanium, Zirconium, PMMA discs? Would be great if you can post pictures of your disc organizer/storage.

Nothing fancy here. Just stacked up on a shelf.

I like to make stuff so here's my answer.

Board, 2x6 x however high you want to reach. Qty 2
Board, 2x4 x however wide you want it. Qty 4
Dowel rods.
Drill.
Screws.
Angle brackets.

Optional: Small children to help hold lose parts and play swords with the dowel rods.

Drill holes all the way through the 2x6s about 2.5 inches apart wood short distance and 5 inches apart long direction. Run dowel rods between side panels and put a screw into the end of the dowel rods to open it up a bit for a friction fit.

Did one of these years and years ago for CDs. Wish it made the move.

Like this, but the bars under the discs would be closer together.

All those pucks on a shelf without any protection is making me nervous.

Used Zirconia pucks + a fall from any height = broken

I do like the wall control boards. They are great.

Even a small tap disk to disk will shatter the thin cut disk edges.

We keep it simple, modular and mobile to adjust layout and workflow as growth occurs
