I think it was released in limited areas. Pop Rocks were more common. Space Dust was finer grain like sand so you had more of a sizzle than a pop.

I had a Big Wheel as well. I remember skidding around on it so much that
the front wheel had a flat spot in it. So riding around after that was not too fun.
