I'm less gifted with identifying what system a doc sends in. Soooo.....maybe we, the unedumacated, can come here for help, and you wizards of implants can help us.
But maybe I'm the only one?

What do we have here? Just want to go to the doctor looking a little capable.
image.jpg And I have tried the dedicated websites for these types of questions but they're confusing.

Yeah, I was thinking that or IK7 or IW4.5 but definitely not IY3! That's not even close! (That's me making fun of you. Ha ha!)
So how's that 1AEWNYW?

With the picture I posted, is that thing to be used as the final abutment? Can I shape it up?

I'd have to mail model, still don't have implant module.

If placement is good and fixture is deep you could

Set the order up as a simple cemented crown full contour

cut the top and make a duplicate single replica die in stone ( many will say just spray it but I get better results merging a stone master die)

scan it as a prep "sectioned" with soft tissue off the model, merge the single die.

add a tissue scan as a "preop" so it does not mess with the prep when its deep and it is merged. This makes it much easier to align your abutment to the primary scan as well. This will still give you the ability to adapt your design to the soft tissue MANUALLY rather than the lazy mans cut to features :)

Design and add a hole via the attachment section to convert it to a screw retained crown.

Have it milled/sinter/stain glaze/cement and your home free.

No implant module needed and wham bam you have a screw retained crown.
