      I just read this report which concludes rapid growth of denture tooth sales from now through 2021.

      They also mention having done a SWAT analysis. I would suggest threats to this product are currently massive as digital dentures role in. I am thinking that more than 50% of all denture teeth will likely be milled before 2021. I'm not sure how they did the study but it seems like they missed a massive new very likely trend and subsequent threat to this market.

      Ya, it just goes to show you the value of research can be great or totally useless.

      Most market research is done to prove a predefined idea and use it to convince others, not to discover a truth.

      {edit: But thank you, it's still an interesting read}

      I believe you must be right. I can't think of any other reason why this would have been published.

      the easiest way is to see who funded this research.
