The Sintering Schedule is as follows
This is for 1 to 45 units.
On Your oven Please program as such
1. 10 900 10
2. 3 1540 150
3. 10 250 0
In simple essence, We want to take the Zirconia from 0 degrees to 900 degrees at a rate of click 10 degrees per minute.
Once we're there, we are going to hold it for 10 minutes.
Then we ramp up to the final temp of 1540, at a rate climb of 3 degrees per minute (214 minute duration from 900 to 1540)
Hold it there for 150 minutes.
Then naturally cool it.
