Bartender friend gave me some he turned into a salsa. My nose was running like Id been tear gassed last night.
Hot, but yummy.

Late EST taco Tuesday posting. Gringo style minus the iceberg lettuce, sour cream, and the usual gringo additives.
Just tomatoes, red onion, a pinch of cheddar and shredded green cabbage.

I'm starting to wonder which team you all are on since there haven't been many taco postings lately.


Plus I had tacos for lunch (Carne Asada and Al Pastor at a local chain not too shabby). No photos for you Joneser's out there. Maybe a raincheck could be issued??


And yes, to answer your question RKM, these are my grandmother's hand-me-down plates.

We went out for a two pound taco challenge as a team building exercise last week. I don’t recommend it. Lol the 20 something guy across from me finished in a little over 5 min. On the plus side, we earned free tacos for a year! Lol
