How did you cook your pork? slow cooker?
I recently acquired a slow/pressure cooker. That would have taken all day in a regular slow cooker. 4lb boneless pork butt took 55 mins + 20 to depressurize naturally.

Keeping with the tradition of taco Tuesday.
I had asada and pollo tacos for lunch.
Now a puerco tamale.

Hey, my little hometown has its own Mexican restaurant now! Some folks moved to VT from CA and just opened up. I think they’re only open a couple days a week tho.
