Sybron PRO TL Parts

Hi,
I have a pt with a Sybron PRO TL implant Ref # 2X-008. I know they went out of business and implant direct was not much help. The current abutment is a Sybron PRO Straight ref # 5x-050.

I am looking for an open tray coping ( 5x-142 ) - any ideas where i can find parts for this system?

Can you possibly use existing abutment and treat it as a crown?
