I think it depends so much on what implant system will be used, what software is needed, and whether fully guided or just for Pilot drill . . . whether Guide Pins are involved . . . so much to factor in, including the liability you may be shouldering for taking this on . . . LCM
The lab charges the dentist around $300 for printing all 4 surgical guides and implant planning. This price includes the cost of the surgical guide template and the Implant Planning software. The total time to print all 4 guides is approximately 1 hour.
This question needs to be directed at the lab you want to work with. If you want subpar quality shop price. If you want great work, look for a highly experienced lab and don't let price be too much of the deciding factor. If you are doing market research, posting on a forum will not allow you to know the quality of product or service that is being offered with the prices that people through out there and therefor will be relatively useless
