Hello,
I built a surgical guide in 3shape and exported it to a stl file.
Now I am trying to mill it with my imes 250i with CORITEC ICAM V5 SMART and the result is that i get a perfect splint but no guide cylinder .
It does not mill anything there.
Could anybody please advice?
Thank you so much !

What does 'it doesn't mill anything there' mean?
That area is full puck height and untouched completely is what it sounds like, but it's unlikely that's what you mean.

Is it that the cutout and hole is not made in the center?

I'm not familiar with that particular CAM, but I'd look into your strategies first. You prolly need a demarcation curve around that cylinder for the cam to consider it as a hole... in SUM3d defining a margin around it, in most cases will do the trick.

Yes , the hole is missing.
I am having a double circle with a vertical line and also a red tube but nothing gets milled there

in the old days when i had sum3d and my holes were not milled, it would be because i had to delete the red portion of the hole that interfered with the CAm of the hole.
try deleting the cylinder, and adding it again.

correct, in my sum3d i just have to delete the red circle. then it mills fine

You have to purchase the titanium guide sleeve for the appropriate implant system, and insert that manually.
