Stump Shades ???????

Does anybody have a conversion chart for the old ST shades to the new ND shades?

I just got a case in from a new DR and the preps are a st 8. What would that be close to in the ND shade.

Natural Die Material guide conversion to Empress Stump
ND2.........ST9
ND3.........ST1
ND4.........ST2
ND5.........ST3
ND7.........ST8
ND8.........ST5
These are the only conversions on the back of the new guide
No conversions for the ND1,6,9

I never looked at the back of my shade guide. Its there. If it had been a snake it would have bit me.

for some reason it only loads half the time I open it but it's a nice link to bookmark. I just don't know what an A4 matches.
The kit and syringes seem pretty freaking pricey...a bit much for my newborn lab. Decisions decisions

Ask your rep for a Wheel. They'll send you one.

Anyone have an old Empress st guide laying aroud that they could compare to emax nd shades?
I need an approximation for st 4 and st 6. I believe this is from the original empress.

Looking at the photo I have it seems St4 is close to ND 7

st4 = ND7, st8 is closer to ND7; st4 is slightly more chromatic orange.
st6 = ND6

I use the "Perfect Match" paints that ADS sells and this is how they match them up. The blank ones don't match.
