Verifying impression fixtures are fully seated in impressions

We occasionally have issues with the fixture not being fully seated in the impression. Does anyone have a technique to verify the fixtures are fully seated in the impression? It's frustrating to get that call from the Dr. I use a light touch of water on the impression fixture to help it slide in...

Thank you for that. Having a huge fight with Dr. about this. They are not telling the surgeons or the general that it HAS to go through straumann only. Rep calls me, I tell them this along with a complete rant, and the first words from him was something along the lines of "all these other rip off companies" enough said I lost it, and probably one if not two accounts.

I've been just ordering a stock abutment and putting my pretty fingers through the pain required to make them appropriate because lets face it, Straumann sucks at Milling. I'd rather practice juggling razor blades than let Straumann ever mill anything for me again.
P.S. Straumann owes me a couple accounts because of their shltty milling too!!!
