STL to Cerec conversion

Hi, is it possible to convert STL file to Cerec to mill using Cerec mill?

The fact that the cerec Mill doesn't Mill stl's is flabbergasting.

No need to convert the STL...Cerec Cam accepts STLs as does Inlab. I have played around with it and my MCXL yielded some screw retained implant crowns that fit the tibase very accurately.

Works since CAD 15.
Import stl amd mill with CAM 15 or higher.

old tread but similar question ....
would I be able to mill from a .stl on a cerec compact ?
Inlab 15 would work I assume?
I have old compact that hasn`t been dusted in years lol

INlab Cad works if you do construction of your *stl scans in Inlab Cad15.
For monly milling cdt-converter is the only way,than milling in Inlab Vers 3.xx .

I have CEREC SW 5.2, im designing using exocad.. is there any way to import the stl directly in CEREC SW for milling. i dont have inlab cam

No, you need Inlab CAM. And if you're milling on Primemill, you need Inlab CAM 22. No otherway around this. I think with DS Core, the CAM will be in the cloud as a subscription service, which should also allow you to mill any design STL on a CEREC mill.
