So...about the Sprint Ray Pro 95. I started printing anterior models and all the anterior incisal edges came out too high. The really weird thing was that the occlusion of the posteriors wasn't a problem. I was printing at 50 microns and it wasn't that the crown was too high, it was the model itself seemed to be printing too short. I tried calibrating, talked to support, and after mass confusion, I print the model at 100 microns and everything is okay now. It's so frustrating to me when a company advertises a printer that can "do" 50 microns but not accurately. Have any of you noticed this problem? Rayware (the printers software) said 100 microns is "recommended". More like the only option seems like...
