Hi guys, for some commonly used dental items, do you know what the best orientation strategy is in 3D printing? Here are some examples.
If you have additional ideas or any issues, please feel free to share your insights.
1. Dental Model:
Flatten on the platform, avoid adding supports on the teeth surface.

2. Dental products that have teeth marks, like surgical guides, splints, etc.:
Put up the intaglio surface, avoid adding supports in the tooth marks.

3. Denture base:
Placed vertically, avoid adding supports on the intaglio surface.
