I've been using Sintron for two years up till now problem free. Over the last month or so I've had porcelain cracking mostly on single wing marylands and cantilever bridges. The designs have more than adequate support. In the last week the problems got worse. Everything today that I built up on Sintron has cracked, single units, 3 unit bridges. Precious units aren't affected nor is hard milled CrCo. I sandblast with 125micron alox and steam clean (non coated steamer element). I've tried firing in different furnaces and using different opaque bonders (bredent). My processes haven't changed and other metals are ok. looks like Sintron is the issue. Any one else experienced this? I'm waiting on the AG helpdesk to get back to me.
