I get a lot of requests for no gingival flange on single anteriors. I pour process and Ive worked out a way to make it happen but it's a fair amt of extra work. Just curious as to how others handle this. Cut tooth perfectly to hug tissue? Pack/pour w tooth shade acrylic? Its become a standard request around here.

I abut the tooth to the tissue, make either a putty or plaster matrix, opaque the framework, and process with tooth shade acrylic.

Hey Doris- I know this is an old thread. Wondering if you could tell me what you're using to opaque frames? We're looking for something new since we've been having trouble with our current opaquer. Thanks!
