Sidexis 4 prints report without images

Hi

We used Sidexis 4 with XIOS usb sensor. Some time ago strange thing happens: when trying to print image empty report goes to printer.
Same things happens when Microsoft PDF printer selected: pdf without images generated, name, surname, date only.

But it works before, I have no idea what goes wrong.

It looks like this:

And when printed it looks exactly same as on preview.

How to fix this problem?

Hi! I spoke to Dentsply Sirona support and there is a fix.
The issue is caused by a security patch issued by Microsoft in December 2022:

There is an out-of-band patch released by Microsoft that fixes the issue:
