Shade Help! T4

So have a case for dentures and Dr. is asking for T4 which is a Trublend SLM shade. Cant find any
conversion so if anyone happens to have this shade guide could you give me your best conversion.
Dr. is away till Monday and really need to order these teeth. Once again thank you all in advance ,
this is truly on of the best forums on the web!

I have several shade conversion charts and only one listed a T4 which it referenced as a C2.

Like I said only one of my shade conversion charts referenced it and seemed to be an old chart. Probably outdated.
