Responsibilities:

• Maintenance and Repair:
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on Roland 3D printers.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
  • Regularly calibrate and clean printers for optimal performance.
• Software Support:
  • Install, update, and troubleshoot Exocad software.
  • Ensure smooth integration between Exocad and 3D printing systems.
• Technical Support:
  • Provide remote and on-site technical support to dental professionals.
  • Train staff on operating and maintaining 3D printing equipment.
  • Develop and update user manuals and training materials.
• Continuous Improvement:
  • Stay updated on the latest in dental 3D printing technology.
  • Recommend and implement process and workflow improvements.

Qualifications:

• Technical Skills:
  • Experience with Roland 3D printers.
  • Proficiency in Exocad software and dental CAD/CAM systems.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware and software.
• Experience:
  • Prior experience in a dental lab or similar environment is preferred.
  • Knowledge of dental materials and applications is a plus.
• Soft Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
