what's actually different about ours? if there is anything... I know our company's sell points (long story short: "it's just better")... but what do you think?

I'm asking because i'm actually not a technician, mostly just on the business and relations side here...
it just does as it should. hard to say anything else lol. it just works!

Note: we also use the ivoclar sep that this thread is based on....no issues there either.

I do not know of a change in formula, we still use it all the time at the center and it works great.

We do put it on a warm cast (which is against the IFU),brush it around and then rinse under a thin stream of cold water. Then let it dry for 5 minutes, and repeat the process. As long as the wax was not molten and soaked into the cast when you boiled out, this should work very well.
