Can the Abutments be torqued? They are just like any other custom abutments.. lcm, there will be no composite or the need for Teflon.

Grind the casing to meet your “dummy” screw.. if you don’t have one, grind the screw down to 2.2mm

Now, grind the new screws to meet the casing.. without grinding your casing down

I still have room to finish the casings back with the ceramics.. I’ll round the casing over and polish the screw to match

This is in the FWIW department.
Clinician may be experienced enough to handle the screw driver carefully and not drop if the patient has strong tongue,
but may not hurt to remind.
If not sealed, calculus likely to build up and occlude the screw head over time and make it hard to retrieve if loosened.
Just my OCD talking here . . .
