Saving/Export a 3Shape View as a STL

So I designed a large fixed case with multiple abutments, bridges, and crowns. Doctor then requested a change to the case and I have to start over. I would like to save my completed case and use it as a go-by for the rework. Am I able to save the model and restorations as one STL file I can bring in to use on the reworked case? Appreciate any help.

right click your case, select Copy and Append design to file

this will merge your first final design with the scan for that arch

make a new case

label as having waxup or preop

when you import scans ensure you go into that first case you did the copy and append function, dig up the file it saved and use that as the preop.
