Surgeon waxed what he wanted for a immediate RPD to be used during surgery moving the maxilla forward. RPD affixed by screws to the palate during first stage healing and used as standard RPD after.

Didn't get a finished picture of it, sadly. The notch on #7 is so it would work properly before and after surgery. Wear mark from the antagonist interference. The oddness of #10 is where they'd dropped it and super glued the wax together. For some reason it didn't work...

But I got another chance. The surgeon, quite apologetic, destroyed the original at recall. So I got to make another one.

Zdent A1 teeth, Jet tooth shade at the apical area.

I know the pictures could be better, sorry.

Well, made the original in Nov 2017, and then again Dec 2017.

Pt has been going through a lot and is about to get a definative solution, but the resorption was not monitored.
I was told not to expect this to be used nearly this long, six months at a maximum. That the Lang Jet tooth shade acrylic stood up to this is a surprising result.

Here's how Lang Jet A1 looks at roughly 16 months of real world use. I didn't clean it, aside from Cavicide, the patient has done a decent job of taking care of it.

4 and 5 were added in June of last year.

So after you repair it, are they going to reline it so it will be stable until they get the final appliance?
Have you ever tried Ivoclar's Ivocron tooth shade acrylic? It doesn't turn colors like the Jet does.

My current understanding is that it will be chairside relined when converted to implant retained in a few weeks. I advised that it would be better to do so as soon as practical. If nothing else to reduce stages and complication chance at conversion.

I have used it in the past, but I could not get it in time.
