Hi one of my technicians is looking for a spare zirconia mill as a back up/spare mill to use when the others are busy. He came across the Roland DWX-4. Does anyone have opinions/experience on Roland mills - he's had annoying experiences with Roland mills in the past e.g. machine stopping mid-mill, issues with fit, all with no obvious explanations. Unit was sent in for repairs too but the machine still had these annoying problems from time to time. Just wanted to know if things have changed for the better in recent years?

I used Roland DWX-4 in the past, had same issues. For Zirconia dry milling I recommend 5-axis dry milling. Now, I am using korean dry milling machine 5-axis (DS200-5Z) from Robots and Design, MAXX. Very stable and precise, recommend it.
