This one is a 7-10 Initial LiSi veneer case.. the patient wanted the centrals cut off and remade because she wanted them 1/4mm longer ... HT BLE+/final shade 1m1/bl3

With docs like that I like to say "I'm sorry but we've closed your account and we're too busy to take on any new clients"

Yes, I was courteous, but its true, time is money, and when he let me know he was trying that gimmick, whether for 2 weeks or 2 years, I knew it was time to find other work... and I did.
