problem with noble metal synergy scanner

Hi all I just bought a used Nobil Metal Synergy Advanced Plus scanner.
I tried to connect the scanner and install the software, but I can't scan even though everything is connected. Error NNM101H (70).
does anyone know how i can fix it?

I believe this is the first time I've ever seen that scanner posted on this forum. You would probably have better luck getting a hold of your re-seller, or if they have a Facebook page, posting it there.
