Hi Everyone:)
Im dental technician from Poland who works with YENADENT D15. We have a serious problem. When we work with ceramic blocks (we work with ivoclar e.max CAD LT) the mill CERAMIC 2mm CRB200 is breaking. Each time, it happened already 3 times in a row. Just once we managed to mill one crown but it was a miracle cause any other time it just breaks during milling. We suppose it could be problem with software (maybe to big pressure?) cause it happens only with this one mill any other is working correctly but the yenadent representatives in poland thinks that the metal hose which spray the water on the mill is in the wrong position.
Did anyone have situation like that?

milling emax blue blocks is very difficult, some places stopped offering this due to such high internal remake factor.

for sure you will want good cutting fluid, and quality diamond grinding tools. do not use just water for emax cutting. your speed should be very high, at least 22k rpm and your linear travel very slow.

it is very possible that the machine does not deliver the coolant to the tool in the best way. ensure the fluid contacts the tool near the point of contact with the emax and not above.

the tool should not plunge into the block, it should grind from the end, towards the shaft.

emax milling has never produced results that were cost effective or reliable for me.
