Any thoughts on what is better overall. We are currently using pre-shaded pucks but wanna know if it might be better to switch and dip all the pucks. I hear dipped means you can mill faster but pre-shaded looks better.

Neither, we paint on the stains. We mill all single unit posteriors in a bleach puck. Then we paint on the base shade and incisal translucency before sintering. This is more technique sensitive, but our results are outstanding. We use preshaded pucks for all anteriors and bridges. This allows us to keep our puck inventory smaller. We also charge more for our crowns than the $99 monolithic zirconia crowns you see out there.
