What diameter?

I used to get them from Biomet 3i.

Pack of 25 part # SGT25

Not sure if they still sell these. I needed some surgical guide sleeves for their implants and they told me to order from 3rd party source because they didn't sell them any longer.Hmmmm2

They also sell implant crowns direct to Drs for under $200 so theres that..

Yeah... I saw that... Screw them!

As for the sleeves/tubes, I found that Nobel sells 2.0 mm tubes, the diameter my client is looking for.
