What diameter?

I used to get them from Biomet 3i.

Pack of 25 part # SGT25

Not sure if they still sell these. I needed some surgical guide sleeves for their implants and they told me to order from 3rd party source because they didn't sell them any longer.

As for the sleeves/tubes, I found that Nobel sells 2.0 mm tubes, the diameter my client is looking for.
