Territory Sales Representative

Rutherford Dental Lab is looking for a Territory Sales Representative, you are responsible for driving profitable sales growth by developing, maintaining, and advancing accounts by regularly contacting dental offices within a defined territory. Perks include medical, vision, 401k and more. No relocation necessary.

Competency:

• Good communication skills, written and verbal.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to complete duties with limited supervision and guidance.
• Must be a highly organized, independent, detail-oriented self-starter who is focused on service, success and has excellent communication skills.

Education and/or Experience:

• B.S. Degree or training certification in the dental field, preferred. Three plus years sales experience with a business that manufactures sells and distributes own product(s). Knowledge of dental implants a plus; medical device manufactures experience preferred. Must possess and maintain a valid/unrestricted driver's license for the state in which the salesperson resides.

Description of Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following (other duties may be assigned.)

• Secure orders from existing and potential clients by means of visiting the clients’ facility or contacting by phone and email.
• Establish professional relationships with appropriate customer personnel (purchasing, dental assistants, office managers, dentists, and other key personnel.)
• Submit bi-weekly activity/call reports concerning customer-related activities for quotes, orders, and problems concerning customer/vendor relationships.
• Perform all assigned duties in the assigned sales territory.
• Provide lost business reports on a bi-weekly basis.
• Provide a territory sales forecast on a monthly basis.
• Work with all the various departments towards striving for business excellence.
• Continue to maintain and develop thorough product knowledge on all Implant systems

Compensation

Base Salary + 10% commission on revenue generated
