That is pretty niche, as that is not something most labs (big or small) provide (my opinion). May want to try a local lab. Maybe one you have a relationship with that has a scanner and ask if they could come up with a price. In terms of price, scanning impressions should not take more than 3-5 minutes, so the price should be reflective of that labor time. I'm thinking around $10-15 per impression (honestly should be less but labs want to make money).I'm curious if anyone knows of a digital impression scanning service where I can send the impressions and get the STL files. If so, what is the typical cost per case?
It's worth considering investing into a scanner as the cost to ship "X" amount impression per month may add up in addition to the cost they charge per impression. They are expensive but try starting a thread about second market scanners. What worked for those who did it and the pitfalls to look out for. Good luck.
