Hello!

Does anybody use a liquid that makes zirconia more opaque? For example to cover metal post&core. I've heard there is a liquid that you apply to pre-sintered zirkonia.
Which you would suggest?

I haven't used it, but there is White plus by idscad.
It's supposed block out posts and dark stumps. It's pre sinter stain.

Close. its not a stain. Its a strong acid that changes the structure during sinter. You want to use the least amount possible. I add a touch of blue food coloring so I can see it. Ill dip a #0 Tananka brush in it, and blot it off on my thumb. You only want to barely apply any.

Using Idscad Chang's white opaq, it really turns the zirconia "opaque white". I don't know if it got discontinued tho.

B&D origin has it in 3 concentrations. I like the white opaque 2. Works nice
