I have a case that is a implant supported full arch. It has custom cement and screw retained multi unit abutments. Have it waxed so it would be a copy mill. My usual milling center said they couldn't mill it. I can send photos if anyone is interested. Here's my contact info.

That is True, I called imilling first and they guaranteed they could mill this no matter the case which was the reason for my confidence, Jack has sent the pictures to imilling and they have confirmed it will be no problem.

First milling center said they had an issue with milling multi unit access holes.
