I've been running a lab I've owned now, second generation started in 1965, since 1995. I've built a fairly large account base, mostly local and currently working closely with a dentist right next door. This dentist sends me much work and that's fine. This same dentist has a luxury of having me "on-site" so-to-speak, available for his every need in removables. I feel like I'm being taken advantage of. Too many favors and to little return.
I'm looking to strike a deal with a large group practice that isn't corporate, that I can bring my talents to, in removables. From traditional fabrication to CAD 3shape and so much more. Any thought or ideas?
