Good Afternoon,
I run a lab in Ohio that is seeking a crown and bridge partner (outsource).
We average ~300 units/month and are continually growing, so you must be able to handle this volume with room to grow.
We are looking for a partner who wants to grow and can provide us with a volume discount, is great at communicating and consistent.
lly they would probably located be in the Mid-West region (to save shipping times unless you are ok paying for faster shipping) and be able to manufacture cases including shipping within 6 business days. (if we send out to you on a Monday, we'd like them back the following Wednesday).
You MUST be able to fabricate at minimum all of the following items:
- PFMs (non-precious, noble, high noble)
- Full-Cast (non-precious, noble, high noble)
- IPS e.max Press
- Full Contour Zirconia
- PFZ
- Custom Abutments (zirconia, titanium)
- Post & Core
- Implants
- other c&b items
- must accept STL files and be able to print digital models
- Frameworks (would be a bonus)
