Means youve lost connection to your handpiece. Double check the connection

yes I did. then 2 weeks after I had the thing fixed I stiped the connector. That's what they replaced. I'm not sure it was a new piece or not. the other unit is 15 years old and we never had any work done to it, go figure. I do all the model cutting with my handpiece. Maybe too much torque. The connector is made of soft nylon and it should be made of metal.
