hello. just started using noritake czr, I have lots of questions, let's start:

1. is there an adhesive for zr framework?
2. why is there 8 firing programs (I'm used to 1st, 2nd bake and glaze)?
3. how many bakes do you do usualy and which powders do you use in which bake?
4. do you use internal stain and do you use it often (I have never done that)?
5. what is the difference in firings between self glaze and glaze external stain, isn't it the same thing? I mean you can just add stains with glaze
6. do you like the shades?
7. what do you like or dislike about noritake czr?

1.there is a liner material available but I found that GC Initial Luster paste was better.
2./3. I used 1 bake program ,sometimes a second but not anymore.
4.The lustre paste is the best internal stain/shade technique.
5. always glaze
6 shades were great
7.Great product but I rarely layer porcelain anymore. When I do I use a low fusing porcelain ( emax ceram) instead.

Your first priority should be to find the best zirconia to work with.

I've been using white dental direkt zr for frameworks, what do you mean by "best to work with", to me they are all the same more or less, but I'm using only white zr, maybe there would be a difference with precolored zr, also I have no idea would it affect the color, meaning if I use the same porcelain powders for white frame and precolord a3 frame, in my mind the a3 precolored frame should be darker, because white frame has no color, so it's gonna be the color of whatever powders you're using, but the precolored frame already has the color and if you add the same color - it might end up looking darker, but once again I have no clue, just thinking out loud

Maybe your cutback will be less if the frame is the right colour?
